‘The Hairy, Scary Castle’ - a firm favourite with the children. Songs with actions are brilliant to build vocabulary, develop motor skills and have fun in a big group!

Are these strawberries ready yet? Lots of discussions and tasting! The children agree that the red ones are definitely tastier. A lovely opportunity to learn about gardening and the lifecycle. All the hard work watering paid off in the end!

Play dough is amazing! It’s fun to squeeze, roll, and cut, and wonderfully relaxing. Perfect for creative and imaginative fun and small world play. Plus, it sparks conversations and boosts early math skills!

Books and stories - we love them and the children read them anywhere… inside and outside. A great way to learn about our feelings and the world and also spend a relaxing time with our teachers and friends.

‘Hammer, hammer, hammer… ‘ - this is our anthem and the children burst out loud singing and ‘hammering’ to this song. Songs with movements are a brilliant way to support early language and to have fun together!

Our mud kitchen is very popular. What a great place to make sand cakes, feed the baby dolls, talk about our families and play with our friends!
